Take M5 West
Exit M5 at Junction 25.
Go south 9 miles on A358 to junction (roundabout) with A303.
Take 2nd exit to Ilminster. Go into Ilminster, avoiding town centre
by keeping on main through-road. Just as you are coming out of Ilminster
& at left bend – ‘slide off’ half right in SW
direction and follow your nose! I think the villages you will pass
through are Kingstone and Allowenshay but keep on this road till it
hits the A30 to Crewkerne.
Follow A30 into Crewkerne. You will hit a one way system-keep to right
lane and at junction with High Street, turn right.
Take next left turning signposted A356 to Dorchester.
Stay on A356 for about 10 miles. Past turnings left to Corscombe and
take next turning left signposted ‘Benville & Evershot’
Through Benville towards Evershot.
Just at top of hill before Evershot, take right turn towards Cattistock
After 2 miles and as road starts to descend towards Cattistock
Turn left into gateway with cattle grid and opposite last telegraph
pole on right.

Take M3 West out of London.
At Junction 8 follow signs to Andover (A303)
Stay on the A303 until the Wincanton/Sherborne exit.
Take first exit off first round-about & follow signs A357 to Blandford.
Go straight over next round-about & at third round-about take
first exit.
Follow A357(Blandford) for about 1 mile
Take right turning to Sherborne on B3145 & follow for about 8
miles
As you exit Sherborne on A30 towards Yeovil, just after Shell garage
on left - turn left at traffic lights(Dorchester A352)
After 100yds take next turning right & follow road out into country.
Approx. 2 miles, take fork left to Bradford Abbas
Go over bridge in Bradford Abbas (River Yeo) and then take next fork
right to Stoford.
At ‘T’ junction in Stoford – turn left. Follow road
till you hit A37.
Turn left onto A37.After about 3 miles, road goes into three lanes
and up a long hill.
At bottom of long hill, turn right at signpost to Evershot.
Go in to village of Evershot and take first left up Summer Lane. At
Crossroads at top of hill, turn left (Holway Lane)
After 1.7 miles and as the road starts to descend towards Cattistock,
turn left into gateway with cattle grid (opposite last telegraph pole
on right).
